• One hour on-site carriage time
• Up to 50 miles round-trip hauling included
• Safety prep, loading, unloading, harnessing, and breakdown
• Insurance coverage for the event
• Administrative and booking time

PREMIUM WEDDING PACKAGE
(Most Common)
This event will include the following:
• One horse fully groomed with decorative accents
• Carriage decorated in simple wedding florals (silk)
• One hour pre-ceremony arrival for photos
• Ceremony entrance or exit ride
• One hour for photos after ceremony
• Up to 50 miles included

LUXURY WEDDING PACKAGE — TWO HORSE TEAM
(Tandem or Partner Team)
This event will include the following:
• Two Gypsy horses groomed and matched
• Tandem or team hitch
• Wedding décor (silk florals)
• 1.5 hours on-site
• Photo time before and after the ceremony
• Safety handler + driver
• Up to 50 miles included
Extra hours:
Two-horse team is a higher liability and higher physical demand

PARADE / COMMUNITY EVENT PACKAGE
Single Horse and Carriage and Two Horse team Options are available
This event will include the following:
• Parade-ready grooming and décor
• Up to 3 hours total time (including staging area wait time)
• Up to 50 miles included

CANCELLATION POLICY
Client Cancellation:
• 30+ days before event: full refund
• 14–29 days: 50% refund
• Under 14 days: non-refundable
Weather Policy:
If unsafe for horses → TRAVELER RANCH decides.
Client may reschedule or choose alternative photo ops, but no refunds for weather unless the ranch deems the conditions unsafe.
